  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1/2 tsp tony's creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp A1 steak sauce
  • 1pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp chili powder or taco seasoning
  • 10 oz sour cream
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup (preferred) salsa
  • 2 cup Mexican blend (or your preferred) shredded cheese
  • 4 to 6 stalks of green onions (cut small)
  • 1/2 can small blk olives (halfed)
  • 1/3 can whole corn
  • 2 medium tomatoes (diced small)

Directions Edit

  1. Blend grind, Tony's, A1, onion soup mix, liquid smoke and chili powder very well
  2. Brown all together in pot unti meat mix is well done. Drain any excess oils or blot with paper towels
  3. Spread meat in bottom of 10'' casserole dish
  4. Spread beans over meat in even layer
  5. Spread sour cream over beans in even layer
  6. Spread salsa over sour cream in even layer
  7. Blend onions, corn, and tomatoes together
  8. Sprinkle vegetables over salsa evenly
  9. Sprinkle olives over vegetables evenly
  10. Sprinkle cheese over vegetables evenly
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
