  • Desired amount of rice (800g)
  • 1-2 raw eggs
  • Soy sauce (optional)

Preparation Edit

  1. Boil rice until soft.
  2. Beat the egg(s) in a bowl.
    • Add soy sauce and mix (optional).
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the rice and mix.
  4. Serve while hot or chill for 30 minutes.
