  1. Combine beef, rice, egg, yogurt, onion, green bell pepper, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into a round loaf; place on rack in shallow pan.
  3. Bake at 350 °F for 55 minutes.
  4. Bake 5 minutes longer.
  5. serve with rice and enjoy
