  1. In mug, pour boiling water over tea bags and orange rind.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out bags.
  3. Mix in cornstarch, vinegar, sugar, salt, and chile flakes.
  4. Sauté mushrooms in oil in frying pan until lightly browned.
  5. Stir in green onions.
  6. Pour in tea mixture and simmer until sauce thickens. Makes 4 servings. Good Health!
