Taquitos

3 cups diced or shredded cooked beef, pork or chicken Salt Pepper 6 corn tortilla Oil Taco sauce Guacamole Cubed Jack cheese

Season meat well with salt and pepper. Spread down center of tortillas and roll up firmly. Soften tortillas in hot oil if needed to facilitate rolling). Secure each roll with 5 wooden picks. Slice bite size between picks. Fry golden brown in oil, deep enough to cover taquitos. Drain and serve hot with taco sauce, guacamole, and cheese on picks. Fine for appetizers or snacks.
