- 1 ½ tablespoons of oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon of cumin
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- ¾ - 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
- Red chilli powder to taste
- 2 large tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of curds (dahi)
- 1 ½ cup frozen Peas
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 10 curry leaves (optional),
- salt to taste

Put the oil in a Microwave safe dish and Microwave at 100% power (or MW 70% + 200 Degree) for 2 minutes.
Drop in the cumin, turmeric, coriander, chilli .Continue to cook at the same power level for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, puree the tomatoes and curds together.
Add to the dish with potatoes, and Peas, and curry leaves, if you’re using them. Stir, cover and cook 8 minutes, stirring twice.
Leave to stand 3–4 minutes before salting and serving.
