- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive or flax seed oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice or red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp maple syrup or brown rice syrup
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well to combine. Refrigerate unused portions.
- Serves 4-6
