  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Coat broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Rinse salmon and pat dry.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on each side.
  5. Place salmon on broiler pan and sprinkle with half the tarragon.
  6. Place about 3 inches from heat source and broil 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Turn, sprinkle with remaining tarragon and broil 3 to 4 minutes until fish turns from translucent to opaque.
  8. Top each with a lemon slice.
