  1. Cut butter into flour until it resembles cornmeal.
  2. Stir in cream .
  3. Turn out onto a floured surface.
  4. Roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut into circles .
  6. Before baking, prick with a fork and sprinkle with Sugar.
  7. Bake for 8-10 mins on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Place two cookies together butter cream .
