Teppanyaki is a method of cooking food that uses a hot iron griddle to cook food quicker and easier and also the cooking method gives the food a distinct flavour. Yakiniku Sauce
  1. Slice the dried chillis and add them into a pot along with all the ingredients except the sesame oil.
  2. Cook the mixture thoroughly until it comes to a boil.
  3. Add in the sesame and continuously stir for 3 minutes.
Main dish
  1. Cut the onions, squash, zucchini and peppers into half-inch slices
  2. Cut off the stems from the mushrooms
  3. Heat the oil on the griddle at high heat.
  4. Place the vegetables on the griddle, followed by the sliced meat with the yakiniku sauce
  5. Grill until cooked through
  6. Serve hot.
