Homemade teriyaki sauce. Pour over beef, poultry or shrimp. Contributed by Catsrecipes Y-Group

Ingredients[]
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup oil
- 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon sake, optional
Directions[]
- Mix ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour
- Refrigerate covered for at least 8 hours.
- Use as a dip or marinade. Reserve the remaining teriyaki sauce in the refrigerator.
