This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Barger Estate in Mckinney, Texas in 1997.

- ¾ cup salad dressing
- ⅓ cup finely chopped cucumber seeded
- ⅓ cup finely chopped tomato seeded
- ½ teaspoon dried basil leaves crushed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
- Serve with crackers.
