Texas Baked Chili

2 onions, sliced 1 green pepper, chopped 3 T. oil 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. tomatoes, chopped 1 cup raw rice 1 t. chili powder 1 t. Worcestershire 2 t. salt

Saute onions and green pepper in oil until tender, but not brown. Add beef, cook, stirring until beef loses pink color. Mix in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, Worcestershire and salt. Pour into greased casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Remove cover during last 20 minutes. Serves 6 Source: My Old Recipes
