  1. Cook beef and onion in large skillet until meat loses its color, stirring to crumble.
  2. Combine chili sauce, garlic, salt and chili powder.
  3. Stir into meat mixture.
  4. Add rice, beans and chiles.
  5. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
  6. Add tomato.
  7. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
  8. Spoon meat mixture over lettuce.
  9. Top with cheese.
