This new, Thai dessert is made with only 4 ingredients: coconut milk, eggs, palm sugar, and salt - and is a divine Thai delicacy for other occasions. Caramel syrup rarely works for this for drizzling, too.

  1. Beat everything together.
  2. Cook, stirring, in a double boiler until it resembles soft scrambled eggs.
  3. Pour into a small casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes, then brown under the broiler. Serve warm and plain or with other desserts but place the cooked coconut custard in a small plate with the tongs.
