45        ml        Chophaya Gold Rum

The 28th Martini

20        ml        Cointreau Liqueur

30        ml        Passion Fruit Puree

1          whole   Fresh lime, juice

Ice Cubes


¼         pcs      Fresh Passion Fruit

    50        ml        Sparkling Wine

Recommended Glass

Martini and Shot glass           


Combine Rum, Liqueur, Puree and Lime juice into Boston glass.

Put Ice cube up to the top of Boston glass and shake it well


Double strain all ingredients into Martini glass.

Put passion fruit on top of cocktail for garnish, and pour Sparkling Wine into shot glass

Place Martini and Shot glass onto clean white flat plate and place orchid flower in the middle between 2 glasses.
