Simple Salad Contest Third Place Winner
Ingredients
- 1 bag Ready Pac Spring Mix
- 1 large California Avocado diced
- 12 large strawberries diced; one cup chopped cashews
- 1 Cup sliced red seedless grapes
- Girard's Light Champagne Dressing
Directions
Pour Ready Pac Salad in a bowl. Place a row of chopped avocado across the center of the bowl;
Place a row of strawberries on one side of the avocado Place a row of grapes on the other side of the avocado Place the cashews on either side of the fruit to the edge of the bowl.
Toss with Girard's Light Champagne Dressing and serve!
