Ingredients[]
- 3½ cups cooked rice
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup bottled Thousand Island dressing
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
Directions[]
- Combine rice, celery, green pepper, onion, dressing, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Notes[]
- Goes well with with cooked crawfish tails or small cooked shrimp
- Top with grated parmesan or cheddar cheese if desired
