  1. Using kitchen shears, snip sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips; place in shallow bowl.
  2. Add hot water to cover.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes.
  4. Drain tomatoes and return to bowl.
  5. Add onion and dressing and toss to mix.
  6. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. In large storage bowl or container, combine all beans, chipotle and cilantro.
  8. Add tomato-onion mixture and toss gently to combine.
  9. Use within 2 or 3 days.
