Ingredients Edit

  • 2 cups of bulgur
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 small red pepper diced into small cubes
  • 1 large Onion diced into small cubes
  • salt

Directions Edit

  1. Drain the bulgur completely.
  2. Cut the vegetables in very small cubes.
  3. Mix in with the bulgur.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice to taste. Serve chilled.
