- 2 cups of bulgur
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 small red pepper diced into small cubes
- 1 large Onion diced into small cubes
- salt
Directions[]
- Drain the bulgur completely.
- Cut the vegetables in very small cubes.
- Mix in with the bulgur.
- Add salt and lemon juice to taste. Serve chilled.
