Ingredients: Walnuts Salt Pam-type Cooking Spray Sharp Cheddar Cheese, opt. Cooking Instructions: Spray walnuts with cooking spray, sprinkle with salt. Zap in microwave til fragrant - slighty crispy (just BEFORE scorch!) The nuts taste similar to popcorn when done correctly - YUMMY!

Serving Suggestions: Love to eat with small chunks of sharp cheddar cheese - My FAVORITE snack - curbs all my cravings!
