  1. Beat eggs in a bowl
  2. Pour in milk and stir
  3. Add brown sugar
  4. Stir until mixture is creamy
  5. Dip Texas toast in mixture
  6. Drop unto a hot buttered griddle.
  7. Flip from side to side
  8. Brown to desired color
  9. Remove from griddle promptly.
