Tofu Cottage Cheese

Description

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound tofu
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
• 1 teaspoon tamari
• 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

Directions

Mash the tofu. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
