- 1/2 pound tofu
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

Mash the tofu. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
