  1. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir-fry tofu in oil with garlic and ginger 3 minutes.
  3. Add Peas, bean sprouts, mushrooms, onions and carrots.
  4. Stir-fry until peas and carrots are tender.
  5. Stir in rice, almonds and soy sauce; heat thoroughly.
