- 1 recipe tofu Cutlets
- 8 slices good-quality rye bread
- 1 cup fresh-pack sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons catsup
Directions[]
While toasting rye bread and heating sauerkraut in saucepan, mix yogurt or Mayonnaise and catsup together. Spread yogurt sauce on toasted bread. Arrange tofu cutlets on bread. Spread sauerkraut on top and serve.
