- 1 cube tofu
- 2/3 cup powdered soymilk
- 1 small Onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2/3 teaspoon chicken-style seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dillweed
- Juice of 1 lemon

Blend in a blender for 1 minute. If too wet, add 1 tablespoon more powdered soymilk.
