Tom Yum Cocktail

Makes 1


Tom Yam Cocktail

1/2       stalk     Chopped Lemongrass

2          leaves Kaffir Lime leaves

2          pcs      Sliced Galangal

1          whole   Red Chili

45        ml        42 Below Vodka

15        ml        Gold Sierra Tequila

30        ml        Fresh Lime juice

30        ml        Sour mixed

Ice Cubes



1          pcs      Red chili

1          stalk     Lemongrass

Put Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime leaves, Galangal and Chili into Boston glass, use cocktail muddler crush it for 5 – 6 times.

Fill Ice Cubes up to the top of Boston glass, slowly add Vodka, Tequila, Lime juice and Sour mixed and shake it well


Pour everything from Shaker into glass

Decorate with Thai fresh Chili and, Lemongrass
