This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pinion Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1994.

  1. Combine lemon juice and next five ingredients then beat in yogurt.
  2. Gently fold chicken and next 3 ingredients into dressing.
  3. Chill.
  4. Just before serving fold in tomatoes.
