  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet.
  2. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Heat remaining oil.
  5. Add vegetable and garlic and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  6. Add soup, soy and vinegar.
  7. Heat to a boil.
  8. Return chicken to pan and heat through.
  9. Serve over rice.

Notes Edit

  1. Use a combination of broccoli florets, carrots cut in matchstick-thin strips and red or green pepper strips.
