Ingredients[]
- 5 oz. organic baby greens
- 1 Bermuda onion, julienned
- 1 large portabello mushroom, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red, green and yellow peppers, julienned
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
Salad dressing[]
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- hot chile pepper sauce to taste
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp apple cider or malt vinegar
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced

- Combine ingredients for salad dressing, mix well and chill.
- Combine salad ingredients, add dressing and toss
