  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease a 3 quart casserole, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together bread cubes, onions, peppers, parsley, salt and eggs.
  4. Toss in remaining ingredients.
  5. Spoon mixture into prepared casserole dish.
  6. Cover with foil and place in oven.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. If brown top is desired, uncover for the last 15 minutes of baking time.
