- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
- 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp. apricot preserves
- Slices of fresh fruit, such as bananas, apples, pears, etc.
- In bowl blend all ingredients except fruit slices.
- Add small amount of milk to make desired consistency if needed.
- Dip fruit in as dessert or appetizer.
