- 2 cups of your favorite tuna salad
- 6 pieces of pita bread (sliced in half)
- 3 California avocados mashed
- mayo to taste
- 1 to 2 carton(s) alfalfa sprouts
- 3 large tomatoes (sliced)
- ½ pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 cups grated jack cheese
- a few shakes of spike spice
