- 2 x 6 to 7-ounce cans salt-free water-packed tuna, drained
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sliced celery
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons diced pimentos
- 1 x 7½-ounce can semi-condensed savory cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 cup grated low sodium cheddar cheese
- 1 to 1½ cups topping (chow mein noodles, crisp rice cereal or croutons)
