  1. Combine rice, tuna, cheese, eggs, chives, pickles, juice, pepper sauce and salt.
  2. Form into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll in breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
  4. Place on foil-lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 375 °F for 20 minutes.
