A nice balance of sweet and tangy in this turkey salad. It tastes even better after refrigerated.

Ingredients Edit

  • 2 pounds cooked turkey
  • 1 jar honey Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Creole mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 Vidalia onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions Edit

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl and serve.
