Makes 10 burgers
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Combine turkey, rice, onion, chili sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Shape 1/2 cup mixture into patties.
- Cook over medium-high heat in pan coated with cooking spray 10 to 12 minutes on each side or grill 12 to 14 minutes on each side.
