  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine soup, milk, water and cheese in 3 qt saucepan.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts and sauce is hot.
  5. Stir in cooked noodles, turkey, peas and carrots and pimento.
  6. Spoon mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish.
  7. Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  8. Sprinkle over top.
  9. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 30 minutes.
