  1. Combine turkey, apple, celery and green onions in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar in another small bowl.
  3. Pour yogurt mixture over turkey mixture.
  4. Toss to mix well.
  5. Cover and chill for 1 to 3 hours.
  6. Serve on purple kale leaves, if desired.
