  1. Cook onion and peppers in butter until tender; blend in flour.
  2. Add milk, broth and sherry; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Stir in turkey, ham, water chestnuts, mushrooms and pimentos; add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat thoroughly.
  5. Serve over fluffy rice.
