Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 10-3/4-ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cooked turkey cubes
- 1 cup cooked ham cubes
- 1 8-1/4-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Cook onion and pepper in butter in large saucepan in butter until tender crisp.
- Stir in soup, turkey, ham and pineapple; heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve over rice tossed with parsley.
