  1. Cut turkey into 1½-inch cubes.
  2. Thread on skewers, alternating with pineapple.
  3. Reserve pineapple juice.
  4. Brush with salad dressing.
  5. Broil or barbecue 3 inches from heat source, turning frequently, approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, combine reserved pineapple juice, soy or Worcestershire sauce and spice in a small saucepan.
  7. Simmer uncovered to thickened glaze.
  8. Spoon over turkey just before serving.
