Twenty Seasonings Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped Fine
- 3 cloves garlic, Chopped Fine
- 1 Can (12 Oz) tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Mild Enchilada Sauce
- 1 Cup apple butter
- 1 Cup dark corn syrup
- 1 Cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 Cups strong coffee
- 1/2 Cup Worcestershire
- 1/2 Beef Bouillon Powder
- 1/4 Cup Prepared mustard
- 2t. Bottled Gravy Coloring
- 2 T. liquid smoke
- 1/2 T. Tabasco
- 2 Packets (1 1/4 Oz. Each) Beef And Mushroom Soup Mix
- 1 T. paprika
- 1/2 T. allspice
- 1/2 T. thyme
- 1/2 T. oregano
- 1/2 bay leaf
Mix All Ingredients in Crockpot. Cover And 9 Hours on Low. Stir Once or Twice. Will Keep Indefinitely in Refrigerator. Makes 7 Cups.Source: my Old Recipes
