  1. Mix the flour, water, vinegar and salt into thick dough.
  2. Roll it into large round sheets.
  3. Brush each sheet with cooking oil and some crushed Cheese.
  4. Roll the sheets and place them in rounds in a round baking sheet which has been brushed with some cooking oil.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
