Ingredients[]
- 6 very ripe, peeled avocados
- 3 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 chopped habanero peppers
- 1 medium red onion - diced
- 4 tsp corona beer or to taste
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp nacallo extract
- 1 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
Directions[]
- Mash avocados, combine all other ingredients, except for nacallo.
- Extract and half of lime juice.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Add remaining lime
- Juice and nacallo extract before serving.
