  1. Heat Dutch oven coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add red beans, sausage, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and pepper sauce. Cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes more or until thoroughly heated.
  4. Serve beans over rice. Top with green onions and serve with hot pepper sauce, if desired.
