This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients[]
- 12 green sweet peppers
- 12 red bell pepper
- 12 large green tomatoes
- 2 medium white onions
- 1 quart white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup prepared mustard
- 1 quart salad dressing
Directions[]
- Grind peppers, tomatoes and onions in food chopper then drain all moisture.
- Add remaining ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove and add salad dressing.
