Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 4- to 6-ounce package beef flavored rice mix, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
  • grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
