Here are some great healthy recipes to help you stay fit and healthy in the new year. We are focusing on seasonal salads, grilled meats, fresh foods and more to help you welcome the Spring months. Enjoy!

1. Avocado-Asparagus Salad
TIP: Avocado is high in fat (good fat) but use it minimally.

2. Chili Prawn Skewers
TIP: Grilling is healthier because you use less oil to cook the skewers. Also, soak the skewers in water before grilling.

3. Clementine-Fennel Salad with Clementine Vinaigrette
TIP: Serve with the dressing on the side.

4. Baked Eggs with Garden Vegetable Hash
TIP: Replace the potatoes with another lower fat vegetable. Substitute feta for the parmesan (lower in fat) or omit the cheese.


5. 40-clove Garlic Chicken
TIP: Use less canola oil (eye ball it).
